Yes, completely free for pet owners. No booking fee, no commission, no hidden charges.
How do I book an appointment? +
Click the "Book Appointment" button on any listing card or profile page, fill in your details, and submit. The provider will contact you to confirm.
Are the providers verified? +
Providers with the ✓ Verified badge have been reviewed by our team. We verify their credentials and contact details before listing them.
Can I read reviews before booking? +
Yes. Click on any listing to see its full profile with ratings and detailed reviews from real pet owners in Gurgaon.
Do I need to create an account to book? +
No. You can book as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track your bookings and write reviews.
Which areas of Gurgaon are covered? +
We cover 40+ areas including DLF Phase 1–5, all Sectors (14 to 69), Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, MG Road, Palam Vihar, South City 1 & 2, and more.
What if a clinic does not respond to my booking? +
Please contact us at hello@vetsingurgaon.com and we will follow up with the provider. Providers with consistently poor response rates are reviewed.
For Providers (Vets / Clinics)
How do I list my clinic or service? +
Register for a free account, select "Vet / Clinic Owner" during registration, then go to your Dashboard and click "Add New Listing". Fill in all details and submit for admin approval.
How much does it cost to list? +
It is 100% free to list your clinic or service on VetsInGurgaon during the launch period.
How long does approval take? +
Our team reviews listings within 24–48 hours. You will be notified by email once your listing is approved or if any changes are needed.
Can I edit my listing after submission? +
Yes. Log in to your Dashboard, click Edit on your listing, make changes, and save. Changes go live immediately for approved listings.
How do I receive booking notifications? +
Booking requests appear in your Dashboard under "My Bookings". You can update the status to Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled.
Can I add photos to my listing? +
Yes. You can upload a profile photo and multiple gallery photos from the listing creation or edit form.
